Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using OrbitOracle – AI Horoscope (“OrbitOracle”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

OrbitOracle is a mobile application that provides AI-generated horoscope content, daily zodiac readings, a fortune wheel feature, and related astrological entertainment. The App is available on Android through Google Play.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

All content provided by OrbitOracle is for entertainment and general informational purposes only.

  • Horoscope readings, predictions, zodiac insights, cosmic advice, and all other content generated by the App are produced by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice of any kind.
  • OrbitOracle content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice or services.
  • Do not make important life decisions based solely on content provided by the App.
  • We make no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or validity of astrological predictions.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
  • If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
  • By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Account and Profile

  • OrbitOracle does not require account registration. Your profile data (date of birth, gender, focus area, language preference) is stored locally on your device.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You may edit or delete your profile data at any time through the App’s settings or by clearing the App’s data on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Features

OrbitOracle provides free daily horoscope readings. Additional horoscope sections can be unlocked by watching rewarded video advertisements.

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

OrbitOracle offers optional Premium subscription plans (weekly and monthly) that provide:

  • Unlimited access to weekly and monthly horoscope readings
  • Ad-free experience
  • Extended compatibility reports

5.3 Billing

  • All subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • We do not have access to your payment details (credit card numbers, billing address).

5.4 Free Trial

  • Some subscription plans may include a free trial period.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the stated price.

5.5 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store: Google Play → Subscriptions → OrbitOracle.

5.6 Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
  • We do not process refunds directly.

6. Advertising

  • OrbitOracle displays rewarded video advertisements powered by Google AdMob.
  • These ads are opt-in: you choose to watch an ad to unlock content.
  • We do not display banner ads, interstitial ads, or pop-up ads.
  • Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
  • By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of rewarded video advertisements.

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 Content Generation

  • Horoscope content is generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) through our backend service.
  • Content is generated based on zodiac sign, gender, focus area, and language — not on personally identifiable information.

7.2 Content Accuracy

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate material.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any AI-generated content.
  • If you encounter inappropriate or incorrect content, please report it using the in-app Report feature.

7.3 Content Ownership

  • AI-generated horoscope text provided to you through the App is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may share horoscope content for personal purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit it.

8. User Conduct

By using OrbitOracle, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App’s servers or infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful content through the Report feature.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App or its content.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures, subscription restrictions, or ad mechanisms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 App Content

  • The OrbitOracle name, logo, icon, user interface design, visual assets, and branding are the intellectual property of OrbitOracle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

9.2 Third-Party Content

  • Zodiac sign symbols, astrological concepts, and general astrological knowledge are in the public domain.
  • Third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play, OpenAI, Cloudflare) are the property of their respective owners.

10. Cosmic Wheel and Rewards

  • The Cosmic Wheel feature provides randomized virtual rewards (lucky numbers, crystals, cosmic advice, etc.) for entertainment purposes only.
  • Virtual rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
  • The Cosmic Wheel is not gambling. No real money is wagered, and no real money can be won.
  • Free daily spins are provided to all users. Additional spins may be earned by watching advertisements.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • ORBITORACLE, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
  • THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrbitOracle, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Any content you submit through the App’s Report feature.

14. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
  • Sections 2, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16 shall survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the developer’s jurisdiction.

17. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and policies:

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (https://orbitoracle.space/privacy-policy/), constitute the entire agreement between you and OrbitOracle regarding your use of the App.
